hi everyone... i'm here to complain big time about this annoying colleague of mine. you know that my shop brings in very limited pieces for each design. so if lets say a dress only has one size 0, we are not allowed to put that one and only size 0 on hold cos we need to be fair to other customers.
welll what happened today was that this dumb donkey colleague of mine, she reserved this size 0 green tube dress for a customer who reallly wanted to buy it but she couldnt buy it at present moment cos she needed her sis's isetan card in order to get the 5% discount.she said she'l come back tomorrow night. but unfortunately, this chinese tourist wanted to buy that very green tube dress like right now. so of course i let her buy it. i mean it is fair right. we are doing a business here. if someones wants it now, we let the customer pay us for it...immediate revenue. whats the pt of holding the dress for someone's sister to pay? what if the sister doesnt like it? then like that we lose the sales right? dumbass colleague. i cannot believe that she is over 40 years old. seriously, dont ever think that just because a woman is older than us, she is wiser. thats a myth.
anyway, her lack of common sense wasnt the only thing that irritated me. while i was processing the payment for my customer, this donkey called the other customer and broke the bad news. so i guess that customer over the phone was probably very upset and prob screaming into the phone cos that donkey was sooooo apologetic like, 'i'm so so so so so so sorrry. i know i know i know. i told my colleague to not let anyone try or buy it. but i dont know why she let other people try. i know i know. sorry sorryr. i'm also very upset about this. ive told my colleague abt it. but she didnt listen to me.' YES THAT WAS EXACTLY WHAT SHE SAID. omggg i swear i could have thrown one of those wooden hangers into her stupid ass face. she made it seem as if it was entirely my fault when she was the dumbass who broke the rules of the company? wth. seriously, no seriously this woman ought to bury her face in the toilet bowl and flush it down. you made the mistake, gave the customer false hope, and blamed ur colleague. what you should have freaking said was, ' sorry, i'm new, i dont know that i was not supposed to hold single pieces. i'm very sorrry.' there. sweet,sincere and simple. see la, this ass made a grand total of 4 people pissed off for the day. me, the customer, my floor manager (cos the customer demanded to talk to the floor manager) and herself. whyy go through alll this rubbish when you could have easily just stuck with the rules??? thats beyond my comprehension. reallly asking for trouble.
welll let me tell you whyy she was being such a pigface abt this. cos if she holds the dress, and if the customer buys it, the sales would be recorded under her name. so obviously she didnt like it when my customer wanted to buy it at full price on the spot.
arghhh. she reallly destroyed my whole day. luckily cel and daph met me for dinner and talking to them took my mind offf her. argh.
i'm having loads of treouble getting along with my two 40 and abive years old. i do like my floor manager but i loathe the other two. they are so...ARGH. the pigface one talks to herself alll the time. muttering and uttering ALL THE TIME. it is like her mouth is constantly twitching but no sound is coming out. she should grow a bushy moustache to hide her twitchy mouth...it is v disturbing.
the other old woman is always aloof towards me cos apparently she hates people like me... maybe cos i told her i dont club, i dont smoke, my good friends also dont. so now she prob thinks i'm stuck up towards her breed of humans. which is kinda dumb. i dont understand her.
haiz sigh, what am i do to with two old foggies everyday. i hope being around them for another 1.5 months wont turn me into some mentally retarded freak. o mans. help!!!
hows everyone doing? ayee when are alll your dirivng test dates anyway so i can look forward to new drivers. heh. and once everyone has decided which course to enroll in the uni...pls share.
